Custom Figure Series 1: Incursion Godzilla
My favorite hobby during the long breaks between semesters is making custom figures. I have been doing it for three years, and with each monster I create and each character I craft, I feel my skills improve. For a long time, I have wanted to make my own Godzilla design—sculpt and craft a unique-looking Godzilla that is specific to me.
For inspiration I took aspects of some of my favorite designs that The Big G has gone through over the years. Godzilla 2000 is a fan favorite design as I love the crocodilian nature of the face. For realism for the body I chose Godzilla minus one and the Monsterverse Godzilla for reference to make my Godzilla look realistic.
Here is the final product and the fruits of my labor.
